KL Rahul Responds to Relationship Rumours With Actress Nidhhi Agerwal

India’s exciting batting star KL Rahul has rubbished the rumours suggesting he is dating Bollywood actress Nidhhi Agerwal. The two were all over the news after being witnessed together while leaving a restaurant in Mumbai.

And with things getting out of hand, Rahul came out in public to clear the air. The opening batsman not only dismissed the rumours but also made it crystal clear that he and the actress are just friends.
Rahul said he knew Nidhhi for a long time and the two were in the restaurant along with other friends.
“Can’t a guy and girl be friends, is it so hard? I have known her for a long time, we both come from the same city. It’s great to see the progress she is making in her field. We have known each other even when I was a cricketer and she was a Bollywood actress,” he was quoted as saying by NDTV.
“It was not just me and her hanging out, there were three or four more people from Bangalore. It’s good to catch up with friends and I assure you there is nothing happening. If I am seeing somebody, I’ll make sure everybody knows. I will treat my woman like a princess and not do any hiding,” he clarified.
Well, Rahul will be looking to turn his focus from all this and start focussing on his career. The right-hander will be keen to replicate his IPL form for Team India.
In addition, the Karnataka-based batter was in red-hot form throughout the IPL. He scored a staggering 659 runs in just 14 games at an average of almost 55. Those runs came at a stunning-rate of over 158.
In the very first match, he had scored the fastest-ever fifty in the tournament’s history. He had opened his campaign with a 14-ball fifty against Delhi Daredevils (DD).
Also, the right-handed batsman KL Rahul will be next seen in action in the upcoming One-off Test against Afghanistan. The game will start on June 14 in Bengaluru.
