With no action going on right now due to the pandemic, the Indian cricketers have been spending a considerable amount of time on social media. From doing live sessions on Instagram, keeping fans updated about what they are up to during the lockdown to trolling their teammates on social media, the players are doing it all.

Well, India skipper Virat Kohli and pacer Ishant Sharma did something similar on Friday. It all began when their young teammate Mayank Agarwal took to Instagram to post a picture of himself exercising. Mayank Agarwal could be seen hanging upside down in the photo as he captioned it:

“On a scale of 1 to 10, the head rush I get when I’m trying to explore the ‘Upside Down’ is ELEVEN.”

Kohli and Ishant did not waste any time in responding to the post from Mayank Agarwal and as usual they tried to pull their teammate’s legs. Kohli was the first to comment as he wrote:

“Kya ho gaya bhai. Lockdown has reached unbearable limits I guess ?? “

Ishant soon joined the bandwagon with a hilarious comment, writing: “raje duniya ulti dikh rhi hai ya seedhi”

Meanwhile, the trio has not played a competitive game since the second Test in New Zealand in March. International cricket around the world came to a standstill in March in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak. The ODI between Australia and New Zealand on March 13 was the last international game.

International cricket will finally resume later this month when England and West Indies lock horns in a Test series. The series will start from July 8 in Southampton. As far as India are concerned, the BCCI is yet to give any update on when will the team return to action.
