The ongoing match in the Indian Premier League 2023 saw a sibling rivalry come to the fore as Krunal Pandya’s Lucknow Super Giants took on Hardik Pandya’s Gujarat Titans. Krunal Pandya, who had a decent run in the tournament so far, spoke on the banter with his brother and the track at Lucknow is working for him.

Speaking to the commentators after the first innings in the match, Krunal Pandya mentioned that the track they were playing on was working for him and that he would take this track anywhere he went.

On the banter with his brother Hardik, Krunal Pandya mentioned that they were just pulling each other’s legs. Hardik had told Krunal before the match that he would go after him, but Krunal reminded him that the last time he went after him, he got him out. “Anywhere I would go, I will take this track, because it is working for me. (On the banter with Hardik) We were pulling our legs a bit. He told me before the game that I will go after you, I told him that the last time he went after me, I got him out so don’t repeat the mistake. This wicket doesn’t look that bad, we back ourselves to chase this target. You have to go out and play with intent rather than thinking what is happening.”
