The other night was a brilliant day at the office for Indian National Cricket Team against Australian Cricket Team. They won a thrilling game in the second ODI of the series with the help of brilliant performance from Virat Kohli and Jasprit Bumrah. Meanwhile, during the match, a fan broke security to meet MS Dhoni, who had some fun time with the fan. In between Matthew Hayden and Sunil Gavaskar had a conversation on the same.

Matthew Hayden, who was surprised to see a fan breaking the security and reach Mahendra Singh Dhoni, asked Sunil Gavaskar regarding the security in the venue. Meanwhile, Sunil Gavaskar has got a funny reply to him over the concern.

Even security Guards love cricket in India:

Sunil Gavaskar quoted that cricket is religion in India, hence, every person is a cricket lover. Further, he explained saying that we come across the security guards turning their backs to the game, as they are busy doing their job correctly.

“Where was the security, Sunny?” the former Australian left-hander asked. In his response, Gavaskar said, “They are watching the match and therefore and not able to stop these invasions. In Australia, South Africa and England, the security guys are sitting with their back towards the game and watching the crowd.

But, in India, even security guards are the fans of the game. They can’t miss out the opportunity of watching the game, especially, when Virat Kohli is knocking it for the country.

”So even if somebody is trying to throw some stuff from the top to bottom tier, they can see it. But here cricket is loved by everybody even by the security guys so they are not going to miss out on the opportunity and if Virat Kohli is batting the way he is, you want to watch the crowd or the match?”

As it happened:

Initially, it was the show from Virat Kohli, who scored a brilliant century under hard circumstances. He was well supported by Vijay Shankar in the middle overs but the run out saw another side of him. In fact, it affected the team badly, as they managed to put only 250 on the board.

In reply, Australia looked solid in their chase with all of their batsmen coming into the party. However, the Indian bowling department that was led by Jasprit Bumrah pulled a thrilling victory in the end overs of the game.
