Virat Kohli has always been vocal about the fact how people make it tough for the celebrities not to stay in their space. However, now, he got used to it and explained how his wife, Anushka Sharma has been helpful in dealing with those scenarios.
It has been a fairytale wedding story for Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma. They have been the talk of the town over the years and finally, married each other which is also nearing its first marriage anniversary. Meanwhile, he spoke about the presence of Anushka Sharma in his life when it comes to an understanding of the situations.

Being a celebrity by herself, Anushka Sharma is aware of the fact that the stars never get enough time, especially in public. Speaking of the same, Virat Kohli quoted it was one of the main reasons between them to gel well.
He went on to add people don’t understand what the celebrities go through especially in India. The Indian skipper quoted all are ordinary people, who lead a normal life as well.
”That was one of the reasons why we got along so well, to be able to understand each other’s mindset and the demands of being in such a position. And also the fact that we are so similar in terms of the backgrounds we have. People do not understand us at all. They think we live a fairytale life and things are only of royal standards, but in reality, we are really normal people,” Virat Kohli quoted.
”We are in the public eye so it seems too far-fetched for the public to connect with, but we lead a very simple life at home. And that’s how we like to live. We do something that is in the public eye but we never chose to be recognised in this way,” he added while speaking in a candid interview with Wisden Cricket Monthly.
Rested for Asia Cup 2018:
After the hectic schedule and the heavy workload on him, Virat Kohli got rested for the ongoing Asia Cup 2018 in the UAE.
However, he will back in action either for the home series against the Windies or else for the tour to Australia later this year.
