Michael Vaughan Calls Mumbai Indians Better T20 Team Than India; Gets Brutally Trolled By Wasim Jaffer

Michael Vaughan, the former England captain, has become one of the most disliked personalities on social media, thanks to his constant digs on the Indian team. He was at it during the whole Test series between India and England, making constant jokes and allegations on the condition of the pitches used in the series.
Vaughan was not happy with the spin-friendly pitches which helped the home team India win the four-Test series 3-1 and also knock England out of the race for the finals of the ICC World Test Championship. This has further instigated Vaughan further and he has not let India breathe easily while they are playing a match.
Mumbai Indians Are A Better T20 Team Than Team India: Michael Vaughan
This time, Michael Vaughan took a serious dig at Team India, as they made only 124/7 in 20 overs in the first T20I match against England of the five-match series being played at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
England had won the toss and Eoin Morgan chose to field first. Jofra Archer picked 3 wickets as only Shreyas Iyer (67) and to some extent, Rishabh Pant (21) and Hardik Pandya (19) did some damage to England bowling. India’s top order performed poorly with Virat Kohli, the captain making just 0 runs.
This led to Michael Vaughn tweeting, “The @mipaltan are a better T20 team than @BCCI !!! #JustSaying #INDvENG”

This was a huge thing to compare an international team with a T20 league team, despite the fact that Mumbai Indians have won the IPL five times with their most recent wins coming in the 2019 and the 2020 edition of the tournament.
India interestingly rested MI captain Rohit Sharma for this match and opted for Shikhar Dhawan and KL Rahul as openers, who made 4 and 1 respectively.
Not Every Team Can Play 4 Overseas Players, Wasim Jaffer Trolls Michael Vaughan
Though Michael Vaughan thought trolling the Indian team for their performance was a good thing, there was someone with a better sense of humor who instead trolled Vaughan and came up with a perfect reply.
Former India opener Wasim Jaffer had the perfect answer to shut Vaughan up, as he pointed out that MI was allowed to play four foreign players in every match they play.
“Not all teams are lucky enough to play four overseas players Michael,” Jaffer responded to Vaughan.
