We Can Learn From Our Juniors: Mominul Haque

Bangladesh Test Skipper Mominul Haque has said that the senior team should learn from the junior side. Recently, in a span of one-day, there were moments of joy and sorrow for Bangladesh in international cricket. On Sunday, the Bangladesh U19 team won the ICC U19 World Cup in South Africa beating defending champions India in the grand finale at Potchefstroom.
On the contrary, the senior Bangladesh team faced a humiliating loss against Pakistan in the first Test by an innings and 44 runs.
However, the Bangladesh U19 team have earned a lot of criticism for their off-field antics. They used slang words throughout the game and were involved in a physical altercation with the Indian players after the victory.
Captain, Akbar Ali was sensible enough to apologize after the game. The senior team faced humiliation at Rawalpindi. Now, the senior captain Haque has said that they should learn from their youngsters.

Mominul Haque Advises Bangladesh Team To Learn From Their Juniors:
“If you want to learn something, you can learn from your juniors and from everywhere. They can give us some knowledge on how to get good results,” said the 28-year-old.
“They really fought back on the ground and we should learn from them. We have to learn one more thing from them and that is the way they have shown self-belief,” he added.
The Bangladesh U19 team won its first-ever World Cup. They beat India in the final by three wickets (D/L) method and clinched the coveted trophy.
Having reached the final for the first time, it is a great achievement for the U19 team to have won it.
For Bangladesh, the final win over India becomes sweeter because India were the defending champions of the tournament and had not lost a game until the final this year.
