MS Dhoni continues to win hearts with his sheer modesty. The spotlight was on MS Dhoni as Chennai Super Kings (CSK) departed for Dubai on Friday for the IPL 2020. Dhoni, Suresh Raina, Ravindra Jadeja, bowling coach Lakshmipathy Balaji were among the staff and players spotted during the departure.

During the specially arranged flight for CSK, after the Indian government gave a clearance for IPL 2020, Dhoni displayed his humility by offering his seat to the CSK director. The CSK captain gave up his seat to K George John to make him feel comfortable. Dhoni told George that his legs are too long and they should swap the seats.

“Your legs are too long, sit in my seat (Business Class), I’ll sit in Economy,” K George said on Twitter along with a video from the flight.

He also added that the skipper never fails to amaze him.

Dhoni had begun preparations for IPL 2020 in a month advance. However, the novel coronavirus pandemic situation, disrupted the scenes with the IPL 2020 now set to get underway in September in UAE.

All eyes will be on Dhoni as he will be making a comeback in competitive cricket after 2019 World Cup. More so now, as he has retired.

Dhoni made a big name for himself by making the country proud with his achievements after coming from the cricketing backwaters of Ranchi. He has achieved immense success as a player and also grew up to be one of the most successful captains and achieved almost everything the ICC tournaments had to offer.

All the success has made him one of the most influential person on the cricketing circuit but he was not the same when he was first introduced to the national team. Besides that, MS Dhoni has also been the go-to man for his teammates whenever he is on the field.
