MS Dhoni Named The Most Respected Sports Personality By IIHB Research; Hardik Pandya India's Most Controversial Celebrity

The Indian Institute of Human Brands (IIHB) released the findings or the observations of the TIARA Research report, touted as the comprehensive study of Indian celebrities. The research has identified the names of some of the most prominent Indian cricketers, including MS Dhoni, Hardik Pandya, Virat Kohli in various categories. The trio has become one of the most chief architects of Indian cricket.

The report suggested that all-rounder Hardik Pandya, who has received 54.8 points, is the most controversial celebrity. Hardik Pandya being touted in that category came from his inflammable comments from the popular reality talk show Koffee with Karan. The words from the 26-year old copped plenty of criticism to the extent of keeping him out of the national side for some time.

Virat Kohli, who is the Indian captain, topped the sports list for the controversial television celebrity with 40.2 points followed by Karan Johar receiving 32.7. In the attractive quotient, Kohli is on the top with 65.9 points while he and Anushka Sharma have received the acclamation as the most attractive couple. In this regard, the pair has earned 58.4 points.

Former Indian skipper MS Dhoni was acclaimed as the most respected personality in the sports personality. The 39-year old, who retired from international cricket in August 2020, has ushered Indian cricket to unparalleled heights. MS Dhoni has led the nation to a 50-over and T20 World Cup apart from a Champions Trophy title. The keeper-batsman is well-known for his humbleness and calm attitude on and off the field.
