Hardik Pandya came up with a heartwarming message for T Natarajan after the end of the third and final T20I between India and Australia on Tuesday. After the end of the match, the allrounder was seen handing his Man of the Series Trophy to the left-arm pacer.

Not only Hardik Pandya, Virat Kohli also handed the Tamil Nadu ace the series trophy. Despite losing the final game, India won the series 2-1. T Natarajan was seen posing with both the trophies after the match ended. Minutes after that heartwarming gesture, Hardik Pandya took to Twitter to lavish praise on his teammate.

Hardik Pandya, in his tweet, hailed his teammate as outstanding. He pointed out how the talented pacer performed in difficult conditions in his debut series in international cricket. Pandya also said that T Natarajan deserves the Man of the Series Trophy as he tweeted:

“Natarajan, you were outstanding this series. To perform brilliantly in difficult conditions on your India debut speaks volumes of your talent and hardwork.

“You deserve Man of the Series from my side bhai! Congratulations to #TeamIndia on the win,” he added.

T Natarajan made his ODI and T20I debut on the ongoing tour. He was originally not a part of the squads and was picked only as a net bowler. But later, the selectors added him to the main squads after injury to other players and T Natarajan made the most of it.

On his ODI debut, he picked up two wickets. He finished the T20I series with an impressive 6 wickets from three games. The Tamil Nadu star’s best performance came during the second T20I. In a game where both the teams scored over 190, T Natarajan conceded just 20 runs while taking two wickets in four overs.
