Netherlands play for pride in the third and final ODI against West Indies. They lost the first two ODIs and the series in the process. Incidentally, the Netherlands now have lost four back to back ODIs against West Indies.

This has been a tough series so far for the hosts. Not playing regularly with stronger teams has badly exposed their weakness in the team. There were no-contest for West Indies in the first two games and are now staring down the barrel.

Netherlands skipper Seelar came into bat at number five and scored just five off 11 balls. He was unsuccessful with the ball as well. Given that this is the final ODI, his side needs a better performance from him.

The experienced all-rounder did not score too many runs with the bat and took just one wicket with the ball. He will bat at number six and expect to do a lot more.
