New Zealand Cricket’s precise response:

New Zealand Cricket Board said in a statement that their position on it hasn’t changed. They are continuing to intimate their players about the situation, advice them about the best practices to follow as told by their government. At the end of the day, it is solely up to them.

“Our position basically hasn’t changed. We’re continuing to give our guys the most up-to-date advice on cause and effect and best practice, as advised by government and world health authorities. However, ultimately it is the players’ own decision.” an official of the NZC said in a statement.

The new Coronavirus has claimed approximately 5000 lives globally with around 1,30,000 cases getting detected. India has more than 70 cases while New Zealand has five cases so far.
