IPL 2021 Auction: Complete List Of Players Bought By Delhi Capitals

Delhi Capitals reached their first final in IPL 2020 as they endured the best season of all 13 completed thus far. While the Delhi Capitals looked like the team to beat in the first half of IPL 2020, their form tapered off towards the end as all their departments performed inconsistently. After defeating the Capitals in the group stage thrice, Mumbai Indians won against them in the final convincingly.

The Delhi-based franchise still have some of the most promising group of players and domestic players in particular. In Shikhar Dhawan, Rishabh Pant, Shreyas Iyer, and Ajinkya Rahane, Delhi Capitals have a wealth of experience and match-winners for all the conditions. But there is uncertainty on the availability of Kagiso Rabada and Anrich Nortje as the 2021 IPL might coincide with their home series against Pakistan. The Capitals might target a finisher in the auction if they choose to stick with Marcus Stoinis at the top.
