His four-match T20I career has been a tad less impressive, taking three wickets at 35.33.

Nevertheless, Kyle Jamieson’s overall T20 numbers are impressive, taking 54 wickets in 38 matches at 20.59 while keeping a decent economy rate of 7.98. At the same time, the 26-year old has a strike rate of 138.68, suggesting that he could torment bowling attacks with his aggressive gameplay. He entered his maiden IPL auction in 2021 with a base price of INR 75 lakhs. Former Indian batsman Gautam Gambhir earmarked him as the next ‘Andre Russell’.
