With no action going on at the moment, former England batsman Kevin Pietersen and Pakistan batsman Ahmed Shehzad decided to have a live session together on Instagram. Cricket all around the world has come to a standstill because of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

Just like others, cricketers are also staying indoors and are trying out different things to keep themselves busy. As far as Kevin Pietersen is concerned, he is using the opportunity to interact with the fans and other cricketers. Previously, he went live with Indian cricketers Yuzvendra Chahal and Rohit Sharma.

On Monday, he went live with Ahmed Shehzad and as usual, the Pakistan batsman messed things up. Kevin Pietersen asked Ahmed Shehzad about his poor run with the bat. In reply, the right-handed batsman started giving an answer in such a manner that irked the England great. Not only that, Ahmed Shehzad also mistakenly said that he tried his best in this IPL instead of PSL.

“I have tried my best in this IPL. I have been working really hard,” said the Pakistan batsman.

Kevin Pietersen was not at all impressed by the answer from his former PSL teammate and interrupted him several times. When Ahmed Shehzad finally stopped talking, Kevin Pietersen hilariously told him:”Don’t talk to me like we are in a f*****g press conference.”

Here is that video:

Ahmed Shehzad indeed had a very poor PSL. Playing for Quetta Gladiators, he scored just 61 runs in 7 matches, 12 being his highest score. He has also fallen down the pecking order in Pakistan team. He was recalled in the senior side for the three-match T20I series against Sri Lanka on in 2019 but was dropped for the next series after scoring just 17 runs in two matches.
