Stand-in skipper Rohit Sharma equalled South African David Miller‘s record of scoring the fastest T20I hundred in just 35 balls during India’s 88-run victory over Sri Lanka in the second T20 at the Holkar Stadium, Indore to seal the series with one match still to play.

Wishes started flooding on the social media account of the 30-year old Rohit after he ran an absolute carnage over the Sri Lankan visitors on the way to score 118 runs off just 42 balls with the help of 12 over boundaries and ten boundaries.

However, the Englishmen affirmed that Rohit Sharma is the most successful Sharma this month, as Anushka Sharma has now become Anushka Kohli. According to Hindu culture, a girl usually changes her surname and uses her husband’s surname after their marriage.

Notably, regular Indian skipper Virat Kohli tied a knot with his lady love Anushka Sharma in a private wedding on December 11 at an 800-year-old palace in Tuscany, Italy. Since the news of their marriage broke out on the internet, the newlywed couple has been in the headlines and is the most debated topic of late.

Recently, Virat and Anushka hosted their first leg of the reception in Delhi with many delegates were spotted at the event.

The second reception party is scheduled to take place at St. Regis, Mumbai which will be attended by Virat Kohli’s colleagues from the Indian team and people from Bollywood celebrities on December 26, after which the Indian team will fly off to South Africa.

Anushka Sharma will accompany Virat to South Africa to spend the new year together; however, will come back in the first week to resume her work.
