Pakistan Cricketers Wish Virat Kohli Anushka Sharma on Their Marriage

Following the marriage of Team India skipper Virat Kohli and Bollywood actor Anushka Sharma, wishes have been pouring over the social media congratulating the power couple. They were tweets coming from all over the world and among them were few of Pakistan’s cricketers who wished their neighbouring skipper on his and Anushka’s marriage.

Shahid Afridi, Mohammad Amir, Shoaib Akhtar, Umar Akmal and Azhar were among the Pakistan cricketers who took to their twitter handle and shared their best wishes. After several days of speculations, the adorable couple finally tied the knot yesterday morning in a private ceremony at Milan in Italy.

It was earlier learned that Sachin Tendulkar and Yuvraj Singh were the only two cricketers who were invited for the occasion but they weren’t seen during the ceremony and only one cricketer from Virat’s U-17 was present with him.

The speculations surrounding their marriage started doing the rounds when Kohli asked for a break from the limited overs series against Sri Lanka. Amidst all the speculations they finally tied the knot yesterday morning but it wasn’t until the evening time that they announced their marriage officially. The couple were looking stunning in their marriage wear.

Virat and Anushka met each other in 2013 during a commercial shot and became good friends from there. They never admitted their relationship but never left any opportunities to spend time with each other. The couple were seen hand in hand in New Zealand during India’s tour of New Zealand in 2014 and finally, they publicly revealed their relationship in that year itself.

After the blossom of their love story, things took a strange turn when they had a break up as both unfollowed each other from Instagram. However, both realised that they weren’t able to stay without each other and again the couple rocked the dance floor during the marriage of Yuvraj Singh and Hazel Keech.
