Paytm joins IPL as the Official Partner for the Umpires

Paytm signs up as the Official Umpire Partner for five years.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced its association with Paytm as the official umpire partner of the Indian Premier League. Meanwhile, the agreement was done of the next five years.

Also, Paytm is also the Title Sponsor of India Cricket.

Meanwhile, this edition of IPL will start from April 7 with Mumbai Indians taking on Chennai Super Kings. It will be an exciting encounter as Mumbai are the defending champions and Chennai are coming back after serving a two years ban.

Paytm and BCCI share a strong bond:

IPL chairman, Rajeev Shukla admitted that they share a strong bond and will love to work with them.

Paytm is presently the Title Sponsors of India Cricket and the relationship has now been extended to the IPL. Both Paytm and BCCI share a strong bond and we will continue to provide great value to Paytm,” he said after the announcement.

Meanwhile, Paytm has increased their customer base since their inception in 2010. Also, Paytm is an Indian e-payments and e-commerce brand based out of Delhi NCR, India. Recently, Paytm expanded its services to Canada with the launch of Paytm Canada.

Meanwhile, founder CEO of Paytm, Vijay Shekhar Sharma expressed his delight to join IPL. Further, he also talked about their relationship with BCCI.
