Jadeja made 21 runs, while Dhoni made 12, but it failed to take CSK past the finish line. This was despite Rayudu smashing Sandeep Sharma for 25 runs in the 16th over of the innings hitting 3 sixes and one four. He was clean bowled by Kagiso Rabada, whose yorker hit Rayudu on his boot and deflected onto his stumps.
