A lot is always expected out of the winning squad to make it big at the senior level and make an impact at international level.

Previous Under-19 players like Yuvraj Singh, Mohammed Kaif, Virat Kohli have made a huge impact at the highest level and have made a name for themselves at the highest level.

Similarly, this India Under-19 winning team has players who have the capability of making it big at the senior level. Captain Prithvi Shaw and Shubman Gill have made a huge impact in the tournament, and a lot is already expected from the duo along with some of the other players.

A lot of credit must be given to the Indian coach Rahul Dravid who guided the young boys to the World Cup triumph. Dravid took some hard decisions and imposed some restrictions on the young boys.
