Priyanka Raina Reveals her Husband Suresh Raina's Secret Talent

India and Chennai Super Kings all-rounder, Suresh Raina’s wife, Priyanka Raina has revealed her husband’s secret talent. She was a guest on the fourth episode of web series Miss Field.

However, speaking to Shibani Dandekar during the talk show, Priyanka said Suresh Raina is a talented singer and still sings well.

“He used to sing a lot. Yeah, he loved singing even then. He’s good yes, for sure”, Priyanka said.

However, the childhood sweethearts, Priyanka and Suresh Raina got married in 2015. They both know each other for 20 years before they tied the knot.

“(I have) Known Suresh since I was ten years old,” Priyanka told Dandekar.

Moreover, Priyanka also said her father was Suresh Raina’s sports coach in school. They were instead neighbours, and their mothers were even close to each other.

“Well, my father saw him every day because he was his teacher. He was his sports coach as well. We were neighbours, so my mom and his mother were also very close to each other”, she added.

In addition to that, Suresh Raina is not serving the Indian cricket team for some moment. In 18 Tests that he had played so far, he has scored 768 runs with a century to his name. Raina last played a Test in 2015 against Australia in Sydney where he failed to score a single run. The match had ended in a draw.

However, he also played his last ODI match against England at Headingley on July 17, 2018. Raina only managed to score a single run and India lost the game by eight wickets.

Furthermore, Suresh Raina has played 226 One Day Internationals (ODI) and has amassed 5615 runs with the help of five centuries and 36 fifties at a batting average of 35.31. He is currently leading Uttar Pradesh in the Vijay Hazare Trophy.
