One of India’s veteran leg-spinners, Piyush Chawla has said that Rashid Khan, the Afghan spin wizard is the best leg-spinner in world cricket at the moment. He rated Rashid Khan even higher than the Indian stalwart and the current social media star, Yuzvendra Chahal.

Rashid Khan has emerged as one of the greatest leg-spinners in the global cricketing circuit in recent times. He has been a favourite to pick wickets for his team in clutch situations — and his wit while spinning the ball has made him a must-have by all the teams of all the global T20 leagues in world cricket.

Now, Piyush Chawla, the veteran Indian leg-spinner, has also acknowledged the fact and stated that Rashid is above every leg-spinner in world cricket.

Rashid has played a total of 4 Test matches so far wherein, he has claimed 23 wickets at an average of 21.09 with 6/49 being his highest wickets in an innings and 11/ 104, being his best individual performance in a match. Apart from it, Rashid has claimed 133 wickets in the ODIs and 89 wickets in the T20Is he has played so far.
