Rashid Khan Calls Sarah Taylor His Favourite Woman Cricket, This Is How The England Star Reacted

England women cricket team star Sarah Taylor had a sarcastic reply for Afghanistan star Rashid Khan after the latter called the former her favourite woman cricketer.

Rashid Khan decided to interact with his fans on Instagram. The Afghanistan spin sensation held a question and answer session. As expected, the fans came up with some interesting questions. And one of them was about his favourite woman cricketer.

But just like his bowling, Rashid delivered an unexpected answer here too. The leg-spinner’s camaraderie with Danielle Wyatt is well known in the cricketing circles. The two regularly share pleasantries through social media. However, instead of naming Wyatt, Rashid Khan called her England teammate Sarah Taylor her favourite woman cricketer.

And Sarah Taylor was quick to know about Rashid’s answer as she replied quickly.  But instead of just thanking Rashid, Taylor left a sarcastic reply, writing:

“I can die happy now” followed by a laughing emoji.

Rashid Khan, meanwhile, is currently plying his trade in the T10 League. He is representing Arabians in the tournament which is underway in UAE. So far, Arabians have won one game out of the two they have played.

On the other hand, Sarah Taylor is missing the ongoing ICC Women’s World T20I due to anxiety issues that has caused her to take regular time away from the game in recent seasons. But so far, England have not missed her much as they have stormed into the final of the competition where they will take on three-times champions Australia.
