Indian team head coach Ravi Shastri takes a dig at the Sri Lankan team on the mask issue ahead of the start of the limited over series. Notably, the Sri Lankan team wore a mask on Day 2 of the third Test at Feroz Shah Kotla due to the increasing pollution level in the city. However, Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has already said New Delhi could be dropped from hosting internationals during its peak pollution season in November and December.

Recently, the head coach of Indian team Ravi Shastri took a dig at the visiting Sri Lankan team from his official Twitter account as soon as he landed in Dharamsala. “Breathe easy in Dharamsala#TeamIndia #IndvsSL,” he wrote on Twitter.

India will take on Sri Lanka in the first ODI slated to start from December 10 at Dharamsala. India will take on Sri Lanka in a three-match ODI series and follow it up to three T20s before they leave for South Africa.
