The ‘Hitman’ of Indian cricket, Rohit Sharma, in his eagerly-awaited return to form, surpassed Yuvraj Singh in the tally of T20I sixes.

Indian captain for the ongoing Nidahas Trophy brought up his recent feat during his onslaught on the Bangladeshi bowlers in the 5th T20I of the triangular series.

The 18th over of the Indian inning, which went for as many as 21 runs, was bowled by rookie pacer Abu Haider. After smashing 15 off the first five deliveries, Rohit Sharma hit a huge six over the cow corner to achieve the feat.

Following Yuvraj Singh, Suresh Raina, who scored 47 at a rapid strike rate tonight, is placed at the number three spot for the most number of T20I sixes amongst Indians.
