The former India cricketer Shastri has already revealed they are going to give their best in the impending long Proteas tour, as he was seen in a celebratory mood.

Interestingly, the Twitter user who goes by the name of Pooja responded Shastri by saying: “Dj wale babu mera gaana chala de” after another Twitter user, Ajuyal called Shastri as: “DJ wale Babu”.

The 55-year-old Shastri has already remarked the boys are ready to deliver and the games to be played on the South African soil will be considered home games which would somewhat help the visitors to rely on such kind of a mindset.

Before leaving from Mumbai, Shastri expressed satisfaction with the squad while adding the balanced side which includes senior campaigners would want to make things tough for the hosts owing to the daunting challenge.

Earlier, Shastri succeeded Anil Kumble as a chief coach, and the former was Team Director in 2015 which further saw Virat Kohli-led side delivering goods at home
