Things turned from bad to worse for hosts South Africa as they lost four early wickets in the second innings while chasing a huge target of 417.

The Aussies have set their eyes on victory removing four South African batsmen in the first session of day four.
The tourists were bundled out early on day four as they could only manage to score 227 in the second innings Cameron Bancroft was the top scorer at the top of the order with 53 runs.

Keshav Maharaj picked up four wickets adding to five wickets in the first innings. The Proteas were then reduced to 63/4 at lunch on day four.
None of the South African batsmen except for Aiden Markram got into double figures as Dean Elgar scored 9, Hashim Amla scored 8, and Faf Du Plessis was clean bowled for four by Pat Cummins.
However, the most disappointing score came from their most experienced batsman AB De Villiers who was dismissed in a bizarre run-out for a duck.

Aiden Markram played a shot to short fine-leg on which De Villiers thought of running but was sent back by the opener. De Villiers fell a yard short of the popping crease.
Lyon removed the bails as De Villiers lay on the ground after a desperate dive. Lyon then cheekily threw the ball just next to DeVilliers.
