SA vs IND 2018: Dale Steyn Delighted as South Africa Gets Back to Winning Ways

Host South Africa is still in the series after their outstanding effort in the Pink ODI at Johannesburg. In addition to, they finally had the answers to tackle India’s wrist spinners. South Africa beat India by five wickets to come back 3-1 in a rain-affected encounter.

The Wanderers was buzzing with Pink to create awareness about breast cancer. In conclusion, it ended on a happy note, as South Africa kept their Pink ODI record intact with six wins from games.

South Africa got the boost with the return of AB de Villiers. Furthermore, the South African batsmen got back the lost form. Heinrich Klaasen and David Miller did the job for the host.

The men in blue had a bad day at business. It was a rough day, as Indian cricketers made an array of mistakes. They were sloppy on the field as they missed few chances.

Steyn delighted after Proteas win:

South African speedster, who was ruled out from India series got delighted after South Africa tasted their first success in the ODI series. Although, he is out of action but is keeping a close eye on the series.  As soon as Andile Phehlukwayo struck the winning six, Steyn was quick to send a message for his teammates through social media sites.

It seems like a change in jersey had brought the A game of the host and will like to continue in the remaining fixtures.

Meanwhile, Steyn is nursing a heel injury he sustained in the first Test against India. However, he is expected to be fit ahead of the series against Australia.

Both the sides will lock horns for the fifth time in this series tomorrow at Port Elizabeth.
