Harsh Goenka has taken a dig at Virat Kohli and co. after the sides another dismal show in the Test series.

In one way or another, Harsh Goenka always finds a way to remain in the spotlight. The businessman, who is the chairman of RPG Enterprises and the brother of Sanjiv Goenka — the owner of Rising Pune Supergiant, was all over the social media with his anti-MS Dhoni posts on Twitter during the last year’s Indian Premier League.

He had not spared Virat Kohli either when Anil Kumble had sensationally stepped down as the head coach of the team. Taking a dig at Kohli, Goenka had written:

“Pl apply for Indian cricket coach. Qualifications:
Organise travel schedule. Fix hotel rooms. Be obedient to BCCI and Indian cricket captain.”

Goenka was all over the news during last year’s IPL with his anti-Dhoni posts

He had also taken a dig at the former India batsman Ambati Rayudu after a video emerged showing the latter manhandling an aged man in a road rage incident. During the IPL when Goenka was always criticising MS Dhoni for his performances with the bat, Rayudu had hit back at him after the former India skipper had led the Supergiant to a stunning win with a brilliant 34-ball 61 runs knock against the then defending champions Sunrisers Hyderabad.

Goenka had avenged for that tweet when Rayudu’s video emerged, writing:

“Great knock @RayuduAmbati . Can some one plz gift a mirror to him?”

Well, the businessman has grabbed the spotlight once again after taking a dig at the Indian team for their woeful performance in the ongoing Test series against South Africa. India’s batsmen had failed to deliver in the first two Tests, as the team had gone on to lose both the games to concede the series. The batsmen disappointed once again in the first innings of the ongoing third Test in Johannesburg. Cheteshwar Pujara and Virat Kohli scored half-centuries, but the other batsmen failed to get going, as India were all out for a below-par total once again.

The world number one Test side was all out for just 187 before South Africa finished the day on 6 for one.

With India’s batsmen failing once again in the tough conditions, Goenka was quick to take a dig at them. He took to Twitter to post a hilarious morphed image of Virat Kohli carrying a pitch, writing:

“The only way we can win is by transporting Indian Pitches to South Africa. This should be allowed.”
