SA vs IND 2018: Post-marriage Virat Kohli to Train with Childhood Coach Rajkumar Sharma

Following the start of the new innings, owing to the personal life, Team India skipper Virat Kohli, who just got married with Bollywood actor Anushka Sharma is bound to return to the net practice, and will further train under the watchful eyes of his childhood coach, Rajkumar Sharma before heading to South Africa in the last week of December.
Rajkumar stated his ward has worked on his game and set his entire focus on fitness which according to him plays the crucial for the professional players.
“It’s all due to his talent, hard work and work ethic,” Rajkumar was quoted as saying by Mid-day.

Pertinently, the 29-year- batting sensation Kohli will be heading for the South Africa tour to play the all-important bilateral series.
Kohli’s coach further Rajkumar stressed they are preparing the wickets for the South Africa challenge which according to him will pan out in the African continent, as the leader has the similar situation to work on at home before facing the daunting challenge.
“We prepare wickets which he will encounter in South Africa and there will be fast bowlers to bowl to him as well,” Rajkumar remarked.
Interestingly, Kohli at the tender age trained under Rajkumar in the Delhi-based academy before taking the world cricket by storm with an astronomical rise in his career.
The sheer hard work from Kohli has set an example for the youngsters who further made his coach Rajkumar proud for being consistent, and the latter didn’t want to take anything away from the Delhi-based modern-day batting hero.
“More than anything else, it’s his hunger for runs and victories that has made him such a consistent performer,” Rajkumar asserted.
In a private-affair on December 11, Kohli tied a knot at Milan in Italy which was further kept a secret by the wedding planners, as close friends and families of the couple participated in the marriage ceremony.
The reports suggested Rajkumar, who is serving the Under-23 Delhi team in Mumbai, was one of the guests who witnessed the marriage of his warrior in Tuscany.
India-South Africa is scheduled to start the Test series on January 5, next year in the Cape Town. While considering the preparations, Rajkumar maintained Kohli has the quality experience on his back, and he can make it count for his side when it comes to shouldering the responsibility.
“There will be a lot of preparation for the South Africa tour, but of course he knows how to tackle such situations,” Rajkumar concluded.

Kohli has been phenomenal with the bat, and his coach has been his massive support for past many years.
Soon after sealing the Test series against Sri Lanka when the third and final Test was drawn at the Feroz Shah Kotla Stadium in Delhi, Kohli maintained he wouldn’t be able to play with ‘low energy’ before getting rested for the ongoing limited-overs series.
Averaging over 50 across formats, the top-order batsman Kohli featured in 202 One-day Internationals, followed by 63 Tests and 55 Twenty20 Internationals.
