Sachin Tendulkar hopes of a good show in Test Series

After a one-person show in the bowling unit from Kuldeep Yadav, it appeared that English cricketers were successfully able to decode him. Following a fifer and a six-for from the Chinaman bowler, Joe Root picked him well in the last two ODI games.
However, the Indian batting legend, Sachin Tendulkar feels Kuldeep Yadav will be handful ahead of Test Series. If the home side prepared a dry-wicket for the upcoming Test Series, the role of Kuldeep Yadav increases then.
“Whatever I saw on television, Root picked Kuldeep from his hand and did that well. Now Kuldeep’s wrist action is a complex one, and once he lands the ball, I don’t think too many batsmen in world cricket can tackle him off the pitch. Root could afford to play Kuldeep late because he was picking his wrist position early,” Tendulkar told PTI during an exclusive interview today.

When the Indian legend was asked about these direful signs for Team India, Sachin Tendulkar beseech to differ.
“I don’t think all the other England batsmen have played Kuldeep well. The kind of weather that has been in England with the sun baking the pitches, Kuldeep will be very much in action and so will be the other Indian spinners.”
Sachin Tendulkar on pace attack
While commenting on the Indian pace battery, Sachin Tendulkar said missing Bhuvneshwar Kumar, and Jasprit Bumrah will be a set back for India.
“Bhuvi’s injury (stiff back) is a real setback for India. I for one was expecting a lot from him. He has over the years performed at a level that you expect a particular kind of performance from him. With his ability to swing the ball, he was going to be very critical to India’s scheme of things during the Test series.”
