The cricket board enlisted seven commentators for IPL 2020. Sanjay Manjrekar, who earlier lost his contract from the board, was not named in the list. However, Manjrekar is keeping up to the IPL 2020 fever through his various chats and discussions surrounding it, on the social media and occasionally on Star Sports Connected.
Manjrekar on Friday rated CSK as the best batting line-up for IPL 2020. CSK have their regular set of veterans in the ranks which includes MS Dhoni, Dwayne Bravo, Shane Watson, Faf du Plessis. Among others Ambati Rayudu and all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja will add depth to the attack.
Interestingly, Manjrekar rated KXIP as the second best, with DC, MI, RCB, KKR following in the order. SRH and RR were placed at the bottom of the table.

All eyes will be on Dhoni as he will be making a comeback in competitive cricket after 2019 World Cup. At the quadrennial he had come under scrutiny for his poor strike rate. However, this will be an opportunity for the CSK captain to hit back the purple patch.
All the success had made him one of the most influential person on the cricketing circuit but he was not the same when he was first introduced to the national team. Besides that, MS Dhoni has also been the go-to man for his teammates whenever he was on the field.
Dhoni understood the game well. He knew the strength of the side and backs his players accordingly. He did not takes any kind of frivolous decisions and likes to maintain his calm. It is due to these qualities Dhoni came up as one of the most calm and composed character on the cricket field.
