Spin legend Shane Warne has hit back at Marlon Samuels for the latter’s disgusting and derogatory remarks for him as well as England allrounder Ben Stokes. In an extraordinary tirade, the former West Indies allrounder called Shane Warne and Stokes ‘b****’ and boasted of his ‘f***ing superior skin tone’.
Not only that, Samuels also made a disparaging remark about Stokes’ wife in his racist Instagram posts as he hit out at the England star for his lighthearted banter. The entire saga began when after Stokes said he wouldn’t wish two weeks of Covid-19 quarantine on his ‘worst enemy’ Samuels.
Samuels, who had clashed with Stokes on the field several times in the past, took to Instagram to post a series of posts, slamming the England player as well as Shane Warne.
“No white boy can diss me in the sports and no [sic] get diss back,’ Samuels wrote, before calling Stokes a ‘b****’,” wrote Samuels.
Later in the outburst, after a derogatory remark about Stokes’s wife, he said ‘it’s my f***ing superior skin tone y’all hate, f*** you.’
In a separate post, the 39-year old took another shot at Stokes and ShaneWarne, also calling him ‘b****’ while promoting his ‘Sextillion 7th Power’ perfume range.
Shane Warne’s response:
Samuels has been receiving criticism from all around for his distasteful remarks and now Shane Warne has hit back at him too. The spin legend took to Twitter to state that Samuels ‘needs serious help’ while also insisting that the West Indian has no friends at all and he is disliked by his own ex-teammates.
“I’ve just been sent what Samuels has posted re @benstokes38 & I,” wrote Shane Warne.
“It’s a very sad situation as he obviously needs serious help – but has no friends at all & not even his ex teammates like him. Just because you were an ordinary cricketer – no need to be an ordinary person. Get help son,” he added.

Samuels and Warne have also clashed on the field during their playing careers. During the second edition of the Big Bash League in 2013, the pair squared up when Warne took exception to Samuels appearing to hold the shirt of batsman David Hussey as he was about to go for a second run.
Later in the same match when Shane Warne was bowling to Samuels, the ex-spinner went up to him and aggressively pulled on his shirt while shouting ‘want to grab some more people? F*** you mate’. The comment was picked up on a live TV microphone.
Shane Warne had further provoked Samuels by throwing the ball towards his torso while fielding at short cover before the batsman had retaliated by throwing his bat in the Australian’s direction.
