Opening batsman Shikhar Dhawan, all-rounder KL Rahul, and fast bowler Ishant Sharma all of them missed the tour of New Zealand across formats due to injuries. The trio are presently going through rehab at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru to recuperate from their injuries.

However, that hasn’t stopped them from having fun as all three of them shook their body to perform some dance moves from a famous Bollywood song while sweating it out at the gym.

In a video uploaded by Dhawan in his Instagram account, Hardik Pandya was doing the bhangra in the popular song “Yahan Ke Hum Sikandar” from the famous movie “Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar”.

Dhawan was dancing while cycling while speedster Ishant was hopping up and down while working on his biceps. Dhawan posted the video and captioned it as

“Who said rehab is boring? Yahan ke hum sikandar! @hardikpandya93 @ishant.sharma29,” Shikhar Dhawan posted it with a video on Instagram.

For a long time, Dhawan and Rahul have had a close competition of who would bag the opening spot along with Rohit Sharma.

Yet, the southpaw had nothing but words of admiration for the current form of Rahul. After finishing as the highest run-getter in the T20I series, the wicketkeeper-batsman scored a flamboyant hundred in Mount Manganui in a losing cause.

The Karnataka lad amassed 224 in five T20Is at 56 and ended the three-match ODI series by scoring 204 runs with one fifty and a hundred.

Based on his red-hot form, Dhawan posted in his Instagram account “Well played and wonderful century bro keep going strong. The way you are batting, even if you go as 12th man you will score a ton.”

Sadly, his run of form in white-ball cricket wasn’t enough to book a spot in India’s Test team.

The 27-year old would turn up for the ODI series against South Africa at home which would be contested in March.
