Shoaib Akhtar Picks Sourav Ganguly As The Most Aggressive Captain

Former Pakistan bowler Shoaib Akhtar is one of the fastest bowlers the world cricket has witnessed. He terrorised the batters with his raw pace which earned him the nickname ‘Rawalpindi Express’. The former cricketer recently revealed former India skipper Sourav Ganguly as the most aggressive captain.

Recently, Shoaib Akhtar took part in one such social media session where he asked his followers to question him on various issues.

Meanwhile, Akhtar enjoys a good fan following on Twitter and is active on the social media platform. He also owns a YouTube channel where he keeps across his views of different matters relating to cricket. During the 15 minutes question-answer session, a fan asked Akhtar the favourite captain he has played under and the most aggressive skipper.

Shoaib Akhtar, who doesn’t like to mince his words was quick to pick Wasim Akram as the best skipper he has played under. Akhtar’s success with the Pakistan team mostly came playing under Akram during his prime day. The former Pakistan speedster also picked former India captain Sourav Ganguly as the most aggressive leader.

Akhtar and Ganguly’s association dates back to 2008 when the fast bowler played under the newly-elected BCCI President for Kolkata Knight Riders in the Indian Premier League. Akhtar impressed in his very first game and holds special regards for Sourav Ganguly.
