Sri Lanka To Train In 10-Day Bio-Secure Camp Ahead Of South Africa Tour

Sri Lanka will train in 10-day bio-secure camp before leaving for South Africa, the board announced in a media release. The camp will be held at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium, starting from November 13. 22 players, set to depart for South Africa, will take part in the training.

Sri Lanka National Test Team will leave for South Africa on December 17. The two-Test series will be played from December 26 to January 7.

Lankan Premier League players included in training

22 Players will take part in the 10-day training camp, which will be conducted under a ‘Bio-Secure Environment’.

Once the training camp is over, the players participating in the Lanka Premier League will leave directly to Hambantota, whilst the rest will return to Colombo on the 22nd of November.
