Suresh Raina, who is Bhuvneshwar’s teammate in stateside Uttar Pradesh as well as in the national side wished him on his birthday. Raina longed for Kumar’s success and hoped he would ‘swing’ matches in India’s favour.
“Wish you a very happy birthday Bhuvi! Hope you have another year where you “swing” matches in India’s favor with both bat and ball! @BhuviOfficial,” Raina tweeted.
Raina recently made a comeback to the T20 squad for the South Africa series. He was rewarded after a series of runs in the domestic T20 tournament Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy for Uttar Pradesh.
Raina smacked a brilliant hundred against Bengal and followed it up with half-centuries but failed to take his team all the way.

Meanwhile, Bhuvneshwar since making his international debut in 2012 has not looked back. He is now a force to reckon with in the national set-up across all the formats.
Kumar picked up ten wickets and scored 101 runs in two Tests in the recently concluded Test series against South Africa.
