Indian middle-order batsman Suresh Raina is in all awe of the impressive leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal, who has ripped apart the batting line-up of South African during the second One-day International of the six-match series at SuperSport Park in Centurion.

The slow-bowlers shared eight-wickets which reflected how hapless the Proteas batting line-up looked against the spin ploy in the one-sided affair.

Chahal alongside the left-arm wrist spinner Kuldeep has dismantled South Africa in 32.2 overs at the score of 118.

Interestingly, the 27-year-old Haryana-based professional Chahal bagged his maiden ODI five-for to express his delight in the brief mid-innings break.

Remarkable with the ball on a surface which has assisted the spinners, Chahal conceded just 22 runs for his five-wicket haul which included the prized scalp of Quinton de Kock and Jean-Paul Duminy.

On the other side, the 31-year-old Uttar Pradesh-born Raina took to the micro-blogging website Twitter while congratulating the promising bowler who has earned his spot after the hard work.

“You wrecked the batting @yuzi_chahal Congrats on your maiden 5 wicket haul!,” Raina tweeted.

After donning the national jersey, and known for his attacking ploy, Chahal has been remarkable with the white-ball which further saw his bowling average of 21.88 after bagging 34 scalps in 19 matches.

Raina, who has been out of the national team following the dip in form and also struggled with fitness, further urged the Men in Blue under the leadership of Virat Kohli to continue their winning ways.

Hailing the bowling attack of the national team, Raina wants to see the visitors to take the lead of 2-0 as soon as possible.

Raina played 223 ODIs for India in which he scored 5,568 runs at an average of 35.46. He registered five hundreds and 36 half-centuries in 192 innings after making his debut against Sri Lanka at Dambulla in July 2005.

The tweet has already garnered 3,611 likes which further saw 400 retweets and 76 comments.
