Their Reaction Was Dirty: Priyam Garg Reacts To Bangladesh Players' Action After U19 WC Final
India U19 captain Priyam Garg gave a classy reply after Bangladesh players’ ‘dirty’ behaviour at the end of the ICC U19 World Cup final. Bangladesh won the thrilling final but the behaviour of their players marred the game. The game ended on a controversial note with players of the two teams seen engaging in an exchange of words and even some pushing and shoving on the field.
The umpire had to intervene to bring the matter under control as the players made their way off the field. The ICC is yet to deliver its verdict on the matter but reports suggest that the governing body of the game has taken the issue “seriously” ahead of a fuller update from the match referee, Graeme Labrooy, on Monday.
