Australian Test captain Tim Paine is all gearing himself for the upcoming four-match Test series against India by partaking in the Sheffield Shield, Australia’s first-class competition. The other day Tim Paine displayed brilliance behind the stumps by effecting a stumping to dismiss Nick Larkin off a fast bowler. While a cool captain, we got to see the other side of him, displaying some aggressiveness.

Tim Paine took part in Tasmania’s match against New South Wales in Adelaide when he had to walk back for a single-figure score. Left-arm pace spearhead Mitchell Starc claimed his wicket cheaply, which was later revealed out to be a controversial dismissal. The ball hit the keeper-batsman’s pad and the umpire raised his finger, judging him out. It emerged that it would have gone down leg and knowing the same, Paine hurled his gloves in anger.
The 35-year old put up a valiant rearguard, facing 35 deliveries as Tasmania needed an improbable 348 in the fourth innings to win. Captain and left-handed batsman Matthew Wade was the top-run scorer with 59 while Peter Siddle and Ben Mcdermott managed 46 and 50 runs each. Eventually, New South Wales bowled out Tasmania for 202 with Mitchell Starc and Nathan Lyon claiming three wickets each.

The likes of Mitchell Starc, Nathan Lyon, and Tim Paine would be looking forward to the Test series against India this summer. All three were part of the last rubber down under when Virat Kohli’s men created history by becoming the first Indian team to win a Test series on the Australian soil. The trio will aim to regain the Border-Gavaskar Trophy on this occasion.
Below is the clip which shows Tim Paine throwing away his gloves in anger:

After bowling NSW out for 64 in the first innings, they have still managed to lose by 145 runs.
I'd be pretty filthy too. #<!---->S<!---->h<!---->e<!---->f<!---->f<!---->i<!---->e<!---->l<!---->d<!---->S<!---->h<!---->i<!---->e<!---->l<!---->d p<!---->i<!---->c<!---->.<!---->t<!---->w<!---->i<!---->t<!---->t<!---->e<!---->r<!---->.<!---->c<!---->o<!---->m<!---->/<!---->j<!---->F<!---->m<!---->Y<!---->O<!---->Z<!---->o<!---->t<!---->V<!---->0
