The shortest format of the game requires the team to hit the ground running and hit a good number of boundaries and sixes. In fact, the T20 format is the most unpredictable form of the game and the match can change in a matter of deliveries. Thus, the teams which deal more in boundaries in the shortest version always has its wood on the other team.

The Men in Green have come up with consistent performances in the shortest format of the game. Bangladesh has collectively scored 12603 runs in the T20I format. The Tigers batting has improved by leaps and bounds and they have savoured success as a team.

Sri Lanka was crowned as World T20I champions in 2014 when they defeated India in the final. The Sri Lankan side has done a decent job in the shortest format of the game. The Island nation would like to continue their good form going. However, Sri Lankan players are hardly seen plying on their trade in the popular leagues like the IPL or the Big Bash.

Sri Lankan batsmen have smashed 488 sixes in the 126 T20I matches.
