He has bowled 144 dot balls and has been a perfect second fiddle to Kagiso Rabada by keeping the pressure from the other end. The South-African also recorded the fastest delivery in the IPL, clocking 156.22 Kmph.

4. Trent Boult – 145

Mumbai Indians traded in Trent Boult from Delhi Capitals. The Kiwi has performed brilliantly throughout the tournament and has emerged as a new ball specialist for MI.

He has most wickets in the powerplay this season. In 14 matches, the left-arm pacer has picked 22 wickets at an economy of 8 and has bowled 145 dots. Boult has produced high-class swing and seam movement with the new ball.

3. Rashid Khan – 153

Rashid Khan is the spine of the Sunrisers bowling attack. It doesn’t matter whether its a batting pitch or bowling pitch, the leg-spinner is always a threat for the batting team.

The Afghanistan superstar has picked 19 wickets in IPL 2020 in 15 matches. He has delivered 160 dots, which is a reason for his miserly economy of 5.30. Rashid will have a huge responsibility in the playoffs.

2. Jasprit Bumrah – 167

Jasprit Bumrah is currently the holder of the purple cap. The MI spearhead has taken 27 wickets in 14 matches at an economy of 6.71. Bumrah was the Man of the Match for his 4/14 in Qualifier 1 against Delhi which put MI just one win away from a second successive title.

Whenever Mumbai is in search of a wicket- he scalps up not one, but two. On multiple occasions, Bumrah has picked a couple of wickets in an over. MI is hunting for their fifth title, and Bumrah will have a major role to play in the final.

1. Jofra Archer – 175

In what seemed a one-man pace attack, Jofra Archer kept Rajasthan in the competition till their last league match. Archer hurled down thunderbolts, one after another, and picked wickets in different phases of the innings.

The right-arm pacer bucketed 20 wickets at an economy of 6.55 and bowled 175 dots in the league stage. A lack of support from the other end meant that the Royals were left with the wooden spoon, but that didn’t stop the 25-year-old who showcased his menacing bowling skills.
