Fans on Twitter reacted after Gujarat Titans (GT) thumped Mumbai Indians (MI) by 55 runs in the 35th game of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 at the Narendra Modi International Stadium in Ahmedabad to register their fifth win of the season.

Asked to bat first, Gujarat Titans didn’t have a good start with the bat as they lost Wriddhiman Saha (4) early. But Shubman Gill displayed a sensational batting performance and smashed a half-century that kept the flow of runs intact.

For MI, Arjun Tendulkar was the pick of the bowlers as he bowled two overs and conceded just 9 runs, taking a wicket off Saha at the top. Things didn’t go their way with the bat as they lost wickets in clusters and didn’t get going. Only Cameron Green from the top 6 crossed the 30-run mark.
