The 33-year-old England right-arm pacer Mark Wood wreaked havoc with the ball in the third Ashes 2023 Test match. The express pacer decimated Australia and ignited Headingley with a red-hot spell on Thursday, July 6.

England made three changes to their squad for the third Test match at Headingley in Leeds. Mark Wood, Chris Woakes, and Moeen Ali replaced Josh Tongue, James Anderson, and Moeen Ali. The inclusion of Wood in the line-up provided England with the much-needed express pace they were lacking in the bowling.
