Jaydev Unadkat was adjudged the man of the series award in the three-match T20I series for picking up four wickets at a low economy rate, as India defeated Sri Lanka by five wickets in the third T20 at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
India bowled decently and restricted the tourists to just 135/7. Jaydev Unadkat and Hardik Pandya picked up two wickets each.

Manish Pandey played an anchors role in the Indian innings and carried his good form in the third match and scored 29 balls 32 runs. Rohit Sharma had a rare failure and scored 20 balls 27. Dinesh Karthik and MS Dhoni were involved in a 31-run partnership and won India the match.

In the post-match presentation, Unadkat was awarded the PayTm man of the series award for his exceptional bowling figures throughout the series in his return series.
However, after the series PayTm official account posted a picture of Unadkat receiving the award, but wrote KL Rahul’s name in the caption above the image. It read,
“Here’s Mr. Vipin Surelia, Chief Risk and Compliance officer, @Paytmbank handing over the man of the series award to @klrahul for his consistent batting throughout the series.”
Here’s how Twitter reacted to the error.
