India head coach Ravi Shastri must be a happy man after making a successful start to his second stint as Team India head coach. Virat Kohli & Co ended the tour of West Indies without losing a single game which will keep the team in high stead for the upcoming series.

Meanwhile, Shastri’s tenure as the head coach came to an end after India’s shocking exit from the World Cup. But the three-member Cricket Advisory Committee reappointed Ravi Shastri for another term. Along with him, bowling coach Bharat Arun and fielding coach R Sridhar also retained their chair. Only, former India cricketer Vikram Rathour replaced Sanjay Bangar as the batting coach.

The World Cup-winning all-rounder, Ravi Shastri has enjoyed success with team India as the head coach. Although he received backlash after their ouster from the World Cup but bounced back in style. After winning the T20I and ODI series against West Indies they were more than dominant in the Test series.

As a result, India made a thumping start to the ICC World Test Championship. They are currently at the top of the points table but it is early stages in the competition and they have to play consistently well to retain that spot. But the India cricketers and the support staff have all the reason to enjoy their recent success.

Thus, head coach Ravi Shastri was spotted having fun in the Caribbean Island with a glass of drink on his hand. After a date with the legend Bob Marley and drinking “some juice” at Coco Bay, the India head coach posted a picture of himself enjoying a “divine” punch in Jamaica.

“Sunny Jamaica. The punch in my left hand tastes divine,” Shastri tweeted.

The post from the 57-year-old Ravi Shastri garnered a lot of reactions on social media. The fans didn’t seem to be kind to the India coach and flooded his post with hilarious memes.
