Mohammad Shami Rattles Lucknow Super Giants Batting; Bowls Manish Pandey By Dislodging The Bail
Mohammad Shami gave the Gujarat Titans the perfect start, as he had the LSG captain KL Rahul, caught by Matthew Wade on the first ball of the match for a golden duck. The umpire had given it a not-out, but GT took the DRS, which showed a spike and Rahul walked back.
Shami then got rid of Quinton de Kock for 7, clean bowling him, and then picked the prize wicket of Manish Pandey, who is renowned for dropping anchor as he walked in at 20/3 having Evin Lewis falling to Varun Aaron for 10 runs.

However, Pandey could only muster 6 runs in 5 balls, as Mohammad Shami got the ball to seam in that little bit to beat Pandey’s bat outside the fourth stump. The ball barely dislodged the bails and Pandey had to walk back leaving LSG in all sort of trouble at 29/4 in the 5th over.
