India and SunRisers Hyderabad left-arm pacer, T Natarajan is on his way to recovery following the knee surgery he underwent last month.

Natarajan, who had had a sensational 2020/21 season where he not only impinged himself as one of the main SunRisers Hyderabad but he also made sure that he made his debut for Team India across all three formats of the game.

However, unlike the 2020 season of the Indian Premier League, the 14th season turned out to be the exact opposite for the talented left-arm seamer.

T Natarajan featured in just games for SunRisers Hyderabad in IPL 2021 in which he managed two wickets before a knee injury brought a premature end to his campaign.

T Natarajan sat out of the 3rd and 4th game that SunRisers Hyderabad played before it was confirmed that he would be requiring surgery to fully recover from the knee injury.

He was subsequently ruled out of the 14th season, post which he underwent surgery on his knee.

The southpaw had revealed the same via a social media post where he thanked the BCCI and the medical team.

“Today, I underwent knee surgery- and am grateful for the expertise, attention and kindness of the medical team, surgeons, doctors, nurses and staff. I’m grateful to @bcci and to all that have wished well for me,” T Natarajan has captioned the picture.

Natarajan, on Sunday, took to his official Instagram account to share a video of his daily routine during his ongoing rehabilitation at home.

‘’I wake up each day stronger than before !! #Rehab #Progress,” Natarajan captioned the post on Instagram.
