Watch: Ravichandran Ashwin Spins Out Ajinkya Rahane, This Time On A Table Tennis Table

The Delhi Capitals (DC) franchise of the Indian Premier League (IPL) have released a new video wherein Indian off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin and India’s vice-captain in the Test format, Ajinkya Rahane, are involved in a rather interesting duel. Notably, both the players represent DC in the IPL.

Both, Ravichandran Ashwin and Ajinkya Rahane were a part of the Indian team that recently created history in Australia by beating them in the consecutive Border-Gavaskar trophies. Ajinkya Rahane even led team India from the second Test in absence of Indian skipper Virat Kohli who had flown back home for the birth of his first child.

Ravichandran Ashwin also proved to be one of the most impactful performers on the field as he was among India’s top wicket-takers in the series.

Now, a video has surfaced online wherein, Ashwin and Rahane are seen battling in a rather interesting sport. The Delhi Capitals have now released a video back from IPL 20202 where Ashwin and Rahane are seen being involved in an interesting Table Tennis duo and the off-spinner, as he usually does, comes out on top.

Delhi Capitals took to Twitter on Monday and wrote,  @ashwinravi99 is good at all kinds of spin, even in other sports”

Team India All Set To Take On England From February 5

The Indian Cricket Team is all set to take on England in a four-match Test series, followed by a five-match T20I series, and a three-match ODI series. The first Test of the four-match series will begin from February 05 in Chennai. The second Test will also be played at the same venue.

The third and fourth Tests will be then played at the Sardar Vallabhai Stadium in Ahmedabad. All the five T20Is will also be played at Ahmedabad and both the teams will then move to Pune to play the three ODIs. The Indian and England contingent have all cleared their COVID Tests on Monday and both the teams will start practicing for the first Test from February 02.
