India’s captain and arguably the best batsman in world cricket, Virat Kohli has revealed what he and his wife Anushka Sharma will be up to amid the coronavirus outbreak.
The coronavirus pandemic has affected the sports spectrum by a great deal. Multiple bilateral series and tournaments have either been cancelled or postponed by cricketing boards of various nations.

Team India was also supposed to play a three-match ODI series against South Africa. But, after the first game in Dharamshala was washed out, the BCCI not to go ahead with the series and suspended it.
Apart from it, IPL 2020 has also been postponed by BCCI until April 15. The tournament was originally scheduled to begin from March 29.
Virat Kohli And Anushka Sharma Shared A Special Video Message
‘Virushka’ took to Twitter and came up with a brilliant message for their fans amid the coronavirus outbreak in the country.
They said, “We know we are all going through a very difficult time. And the only way to stop the spread of coronavirus is by acting together. We’re staying at home for our safety and for everyone else’s and you should do it too to prevent the further spread of the virus. Let’s make it safe for us and for everyone else by self-isolation. Stay home and stay healthy.”

Major Cricketing Events Come To A Hold After Coronavirus

Recently, the IPL 2020 has been postponed till April 15 due to the coronavirus outbreak. To the disappointment of the cricket fans, the India-South Africa ODI series has also been called off.
Apart from it, the Road Safety World Series has also been suspended.
All the English players playing in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) have been called back immediately and the tournament has been postponed.
